Master Decker provides professional deck and fence services at our customers’ sites. We strive to deliver the highest quality work on each project.

While we strive to do the best work we can, Master Decker does not provide any warranties for our services. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees of results, durability, or lifespan.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services.
• Ensure that the worksite is accessible and free of obstructions on the scheduled service dates.
• Follow any pre-service instructions provided by Master Decker to prepare the site for our work.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Master Decker, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our services or any errors or omissions in our work, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master Decker and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
